Clear concepts and a lot of case studies

Overall the i was already familiar with the theoretical concepts presented. Nevertheless “repetita iuvant”.
I really appreciated the hands-on approach: case studies and role play are fun and challenging so they help a lot to retain the content.
The way it was structured and conducted kept the attention high and made me looking forward to the next chapter: it kept the curiosity high.
