What's beyond the clouds?

I took this picture in Kronplatz (Plan de Corones), Puster Valley, in December last year, during a short vacation.

That morning I left the hotel for the usual walk in the snow: the weather was not the most inviting.

Low clouds, particularly harsh temperature, freezing wind. In short, a wolf’s weather!

I walked up a new and steep trail until I came to a spot that allowed me to take the picture I published here.

Had the weather changed? Not at all. I had only covered enough altitude difference to overcome the blanket of clouds that prevented me from seeing the sun and the blue sky.

Could I still call the weather “wolfish”? No, up there everything was beautiful.

Tough times often have the same structure that this picture offers for weather conditions.

If our point of observation is the one from under the clouds, we will hardly be able to gain an overall view; the only one that allows finding proper solutions.

Because problem-solving comes from a comprehensive analysis of the situation, done even with some detachment.
