Sarah Chreyha

My name is Sarah Chreyha and I collaborate with tibicon in the design of (individual/group) competence assessment projects and the management of psychological tests.

I am a member of the Veneto Order of Psychologists with the no. 9280.
I graduated with honour in Psychology of Development and Education at the University of Padua, and I obtained a master’s degree in Clinical and Forensic Psychodiagnosis at Lr Psychology in Milan.

For tibicon, I am in charge of the analysis and selection of standardised and scientifically validated tests, which we use in projects to assess skills, logical capabilities and specific personality traits.

I also deal with the design and management of coaching programmes in which personal and group wellbeing is involved: I can manage in English, Spanish and Italian.

The topics covered are mainly the following:

• Resilience and ability to adapt to new and/or unforeseen situations;
• Development of self-efficacy and self-esteem;
• Emotional and social intelligence;
• Psycho-physical well-being.

I am also the author of the book “MindWellness – Un percorso in tre tappe per ritrovare il stato di benessere“, papers and informative articles on psychology and well-being.
