Objective, NUM (management)

This class of objectives is also distinguished by being Specific, Achievable, Relevant and Time framed, just like SMART objectives. Nevertheless, these objectives differ because they are Not Univocally Measurable (NUM): their definition and measurement in progress may even significantly depend on the unit of measurement adopted as well as on the assessment, experience and specific qualification of the person involved. Among NUM objectives, those linked to specific knowledge, competence or the adoption of specific behaviours are especially important.
